Compile project-specific Baseline Risk Assessments

Compile project-specific Health and Safety Specifications derived from the Baseline Risk Assessments

Apply for a Construction Work Permit at the Department of Employment and Labour

Attend design meetings

Conduct Legal Compliance Audits of all appointed Principal Contractors

Incident and Accident Investigation and recommendations for remedial action

Create and track Health and Safety statistics & implement mitigation measures in regards to collective trends

Principal Contractor Services

Compile a site-specific Health and Safety Plan in accordance with the Client Health and Safety Specifications

Employee induction on the construction project

Conduct Legal Compliance Audits of all appointed Contractors

Consolidate the Health and Safety file in order to hand over the file for record keeping

Implement the site-specific Health and Safety Plan as approved by the Client

Provide a fully documented Health and Safety file
